Hurricane Animal Hospital is seeking a warm, organized professional to join our Client Care Team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome clients, coordinate communication, and help daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion; answer phones and schedule appointments; communicate clearly about services and next steps; maintain accurate records; process payments; support an efficient front-desk workflow; and collaborate with the medical team to provide timely, complete client service.
We are looking for someone with strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills who is dependable, detail-oriented, calm, compassionate, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Veterinary, medical reception, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Hurricane Animal Hospital is a 3FTE small animal practice housed in a modern 12,000-square-foot facility. We provide full veterinary care to patients and have opportunities for those seeking surgery, medicine, and other special interests.
Our services include outpatient wellness care and in-hospital treatments, including chemotherapy, hospice, and rehabilitation. We perform soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery and dentistry. Our facility is also equipped with therapeutic laser and ultrasound technology, radiology and ultrasonography equipment, and a complete in-house laboratory.
